Why CleanPass

The CleanPass Difference

💧
Water-Saving. Zero Guilt.
Our professional low-water formula uses not a single drop of water — saving 150–300 litres per wash. Safe for drought-restricted complexes, body corporate water restrictions, and eco-conscious clients alike.
📍
We Come to You. No Keys Needed.
We come to your complex, estate or office park. Tell us where your car is parked and carry on with your day. No keys required. No supervision needed. Your car stays exactly as it sits.
🕓
We Wash on Your Schedule
Offices & business parks: weekdays 09:00–16:00, with zero disruption to your day. Complexes & estates: weekdays 16:00–20:00 and Saturdays 08:00–13:00, right when you're home. While traditional car washes are closing, we're just getting started.
🛡️
Professional Chemicals — Not Shortcuts
We use professional-grade automotive solution — the same class used by detailers and valet services. pH-neutral, paint-safe, wax-preserving. Not dishwashing liquid. Not generic soap. The difference is visible and it is permanent.
✋
Will it Scratch? No — Here's Why.
Scratches from low-water washing happen when operators use wrong products and shared dirty cloths. CleanPass uses encapsulating solution that lifts dirt away from your paint before any cloth makes contact. Dedicated fresh microfibre cloths per vehicle. Panel-by-panel straight strokes — never circular. Your paint is safer with us than at any traditional car wash. Full explanation →
🎥
Video Verified — Every Single Wash
Before we start we film your vehicle in full. When we finish we send you the after footage via WhatsApp. You can compare both side by side. You have an unedited visual record of your car's condition before and after every wash — not just a claim we make.

Our Standard

We Only Leave Once You're Happy.

Not a policy we print on a flyer. The operating standard of every CleanPass wash.

1
BEFORE VIDEO
We film your vehicle in full before we touch it — every panel documented.
2
PROFESSIONAL WASH
Panel by panel. Fresh cloths. Professional solution. Same standard every time.
3
AFTER VIDEO TO YOU
We send you both videos via WhatsApp. Before and after — yours to keep.
4
YOUR SIGN-OFF
Happy? We leave. Not satisfied? We stay and fix it. No exceptions. No excuses.
